Which should you buy?
The Barista Express is the easier all-in-one — built-in grinder, pressure gauge, 54mm. The Gaggia Classic Pro is a bare 58mm commercial-style machine with a far higher ceiling and a huge mod community, but you must add a grinder and bring more technique. Convenience leans Breville; tinkering and long-term growth lean Gaggia.
